The property was amazing, but they needed a Keurig only had a coffee pot and the parking was a bit confusing and it definitely was not walkable to town like it stated.. other than that safe, Beautiful area very clean. I would book again.

Plenty of space for everyone. Kids & adults loved the amenities in the home. The location outside of Gatlinburg was nice. Coffee shop close by was very friendly. Wish there was a little more communication before arrival. Beds need updated - too squishy for anyone over the age of 40 or with back issues.

Excellent property. This is not close to Anakeesta as advertised, had to regroup entire stay as we thought we were close and would be out walking mote instead of driving everywhere. Took 1.5 days to address issue with dryer

This was comfortable for my family but was billed as a few blocks...walking distance...from gatlinburg. It was not. It wad clean and comfortable but they never picked up the trash. We also had to do a lot of cleaning for a place w a hefty cleaning fee...

The home was beautiful. Unfortunately they gave us 7 towels for 10 people. The dryer kept shutting off mid cycle. One of the pool sticks was broke in half. Windows in downstairs bedroom wouldn’t open and one was broken. The towel rack in the master bedroom fell off the wall. The home also had super thin walls and was very open and echoed effortlessly. Probably won’t be staying here again.
