"Overall, I had a very nice stay at this property. The price is very reasonable and offers great value. However, the hotel is a bit on the older side, which occasionally makes it feel a little less than sparkling clean. Despite that, it's still a very good option and I would definitely recommend it!"

"Everything was nice and clean. The rooms are well kept. The rooms could use a little updating like the tv and the phone didnt work. We requested a roll away bed and they brought it immediately. Service was great. Breakfast has a really nice assortment of eggs, sausage, oatmeal, grits, waffles, biscuits and gravy, juice, coffee, fruit, granola or brown sugar for the fresh yogurt or oatmeal. Pools were nice and the outside pools was 9ft deep. Slide was good. Hot tub was indoors and not super hot so you could stay in it a hair longer. Lazy river was chill and where several drunk parents were hanging out. They have a pingpong table and a couple of board games also. Very near lots of restuarants. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Staff was super nice."

"The only two gripes I have were that the mattress was terrible and there really wasn’t a usable gym for what u would need. The cardio area only had a treadmill a bike and some sort of cable machine. It was doable but not sufficient. The pool area and slides were clean and even seen them checking the water quality several times while we’re there. We had a fantastic time! Hopefully they will invest in some new mattresses before we come back."

"What a helpful staff. The front desk helped book my wife and I a room on short notice very late at night. We left a rental property behind and cancelled our booking there due to many unpleasant issues with the property. We started our vacation out with the stress of all that and needing somewhere to simply sleep, we found this gem of a hotel. The gentleman at the front desk understood our situation and worked with us to help get us a stay there. I’ve stayed at several places in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and this is by far my favorite. Reasonably priced for the location and the looks of the place. THE SHOWER. My wife and I fell in love with the shower because of the rain shower head and great water pressure, it was amazing. It was definitely a much needed save from the bad start our vacation got off to. We will likely be staying here from now on every time we visit Gatlinburg. Love this place!"
