Laundry - allegedly you can leave laundry in the room and it would be returned (washed) the next day. That did not happen.
Sofa bed was broken so could only sit on half of the couch.
Cleaning staff were very helpful when we arrived."

"Great boutique hotel in Tomar. Parking was easy once we knew where it was. We had a rental car that was a little large for the narrow cobbled streets but thankfully the parking was well marked and easily accessed. Great honour bar facility and wonderful breakfast. Recommend this location."
