"We stayed here for 5 nights for our honeymoon in August. We pre-booked the spa, a cooking class, wine tasting and a cocktail masterclass. Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were great, all very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. They really went out of their way to make sure we had a great time.
The breakfast buffet was very well stocked with delicious fruits, cheeses, meat and pastries. The views of the lake from the top floor restaurant are stunning. We ate at LeBolle twice...

"I was unable to stay at this hotel. I booked through Expedia I contacted Expedia to cancel my booking plenty of time ahead of the deadline. Expedia gave me a cancellation number. Hotel contacted me stating they would not give me a refund and said I should call Expedia Expedia said the hotel was responsible for issuing the refund - hotel would not agree to issue a refund. I lost money I think it was unfortunate this could not be resolved. I will never stay at this hotel again or book with Expedia...

However, during the week, it was not very quiet due to various events and activities taking place in the streets of Stresa. Groups of singers were performing in the street directly below our room until 11pm, and unfortunately, we were unable to sleep properly on Thursday and Friday nights during our stay.
Overall, we had a very pleasant experience, but the noise at night was a significant inconvenience."
