"When checked in said they were very busy so our room was actually upgraded.Our room had a cot set up ad there was no desk area as is typically in a hotel room and the TV was not viewed well from the bed- as was as if on an angle versus straight ahead of your bed. They advised it was an upgrade but not"

"Friendly, helpful staff, impeccably clean room and really handy location, especially if you're departing from the south terminal (although there is a free monorail service from south to north terminal). The rooms are also really well soundproofed and we had a great view of landing planes. It's also a very short distance from the train station. There's also a reasonable selection of chain coffee shops and restaurants land side, so it's quick and easy to grab dinner and breakfast.

"This stay started off on the wrong foot when we arrived and were told that the free parking listed with the property was no longer going to be free. In the end, we were not charged, but it was still a frustrating way to begin the stay. After that, smaller issues became more noticeable, including a curtain rod falling down, cupboard doors coming off, and the lack of air conditioning. On the positive side, the shower was very nice, the location was convenient for the airport, and there is a Lidl...
