"I had excellent communication with the corporate office and the on-site manager. The building is fabulous with an excellent gym, rec room and pool. The garage is easy to get in and out, plus a brewery right next door...it was the perfect choice. I will look for the company in other cities for future travels."

The host is not on-site, and the instructions for accessing the parking garage were incredibly unclear. We tried contacting the host for assistance, but it took several hours to receive a response. "Parking was easy and access to local restaurants / Shops was great. Also, easy access to the highway to downtown Cleveland. The host was great and there were easy instructions for access and using the Unit. The bed was HUGE and comfortable :)"
