They didn’t even provide drinking water in the room, blaming environmental reasons. But the worst part was the front desk staff. I booked one room through an app and then rented an additional room at the counter. When I asked to change the credit card used for payment, the staff simply said it wasn’t possible. "The hotel was old, far different from the pictures on website. Found spider web in all corridor lights, all the way to bathroom lights. Moved bed aside to pick up dropped items and found nightmare of dust and dead roaches. Requested some cutleries and sauce (kecap manis) from the hotel and never heard anything back from the staff ever. Safe to say, I wont be going back to this hotel."
