We had the choice of going to room or waiting till maintenance fixed. We opted to wait. After another hour AC was fixed and we could go to the room. Room cooled til midnight the ac stopped working again. We turned it off and struggled through the night to sleep. Checked out next morning. Front desk...

"We choose this hotel because it had the feel of a resort hotel on a beautiful and well-maintained property. When we visited, the resort was not crowded at all, which was a big deal for us. We also choose this hotel because it was more affordable than staying the downtown area, and the complimentary shuttle made it super easy to go to/from Duval Street and the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would recommend this resort if you are looking for a newer place and resort feel at a...

"We had a fantastic stay at Parrot Key Resort in Key West. The property is beautiful and very well kept, the pools were nice, and our room was clean and spacious. I do wish they’d made better use of all that space. A little more storage, seating, and somewhere to set our stuff down would’ve made a difference.
I would’ve liked the option to park my own car instead of paying over $30 a night for valet, and I didn’t feel like we got much out of the resort fee. The minibar prices were insane. A full...
