"From check in to check out this hotel is amazing. If your going to an event at Stadion Letzigrund it’s a 5 minute walk which is nice after event not to have wait for public transportation or fight traffic in your car. The breakfast was outstanding. They will make you any kind of omelettes or eggs you like. Plus lots of other good breakfast foods. The pool, hot tub, sauna, and sun deck were relaxing. Would recommend everyone to stay here when in Zurich."

"It was clean, staff was pleasant, helpful and friendly. My 3• was for a very tiny room, it was very cumbersome to use the bathroom sink, my head touched the overhead cabinet, when I bent my neck to brush my teeth. The ac minimally cooled at maximum. Was not a busy street."

"Stayed 1 night in May 2026. Location was ok - we took bus from train station to Casino-Palace stop and then walked the remainder. Hotel is located up hill and could be difficult to access by foot with heavy luggage. Room was a good size and had beautiful panoramic views of the lake and city. No air conditioning, but with windows open and using provided fan, we were comfortable. Would have preferred to receive Lucerne visitor pass prior to check in so we could have used it for the bus ride...

"We liked the lake view and sat on the balcony each day watching the ships and the swans. As far as the room was concerned there was no AC just a fan. The lights were difficult to manage. The bathroom and the toilet were dingy and the reading light on one side had fallen off. The coffee machine was welcome for me except housekeeping forgot to refill the box with coffee and milk and the night staff had to run around looking for them. The bus timetable on a display was very useful. Breakfast was...

"Die beiden Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Das Zimmer war okay.. es war kein Kasten vorhanden. Am Abend ist es laut, keine Chance bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen."

"The bus stop and train station are each only steps from the hotel and you can get to Mt. Pilatus or Lucerne within minutes. The property was spotless and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent."
