"We liked the lake view and sat on the balcony each day watching the ships and the swans. As far as the room was concerned there was no AC just a fan. The lights were difficult to manage. The bathroom and the toilet were dingy and the reading light on one side had fallen off. The coffee machine was welcome for me except housekeeping forgot to refill the box with coffee and milk and the night staff had to run around looking for them. "From check in to check out this hotel is amazing. If your going to an event at Stadion Letzigrund it’s a 5 minute walk which is nice after event not to have wait for public transportation or fight traffic in your car. The breakfast was outstanding. They will make you any kind of omelettes or eggs you like. Plus lots of other good breakfast foods. The pool, hot tub, sauna, and sun deck were relaxing. Would recommend everyone to stay here when in Zurich."

"The bus stop and train station are each only steps from the hotel and you can get to Mt. Pilatus or Lucerne within minutes. The property was spotless and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent."

"Lovely, knowledgeable staff at the front desk and a nice quiet location within walking distance of the tram. The bedroom was clean and tidy with modern facilities. The bed frame could have been a bit sturdier as it moved around slightly, but the movable tray attached to the bed was really useful. I actually booked the hotel after seeing it recommended on social media, and overall I had a good stay."
