"The place was wonderful, right next to beautiful Lake Lucerne. And the complimentary breakfast buffet was amazing!"

"Stay was not pleasant! The air conditioner didn’t work in the room! I could not sleep as Room was hot and apparently the hotel is aware of it and has fans that they supply to guests. Unfortunately I didn’t get one as all the fans were already distributed. Instead of fans they should get the air conditioning fixed. The coffee maker in the room didn’t work either! The host came to the room to check on the air conditioning but couldn’t do much!"

"The lobby looked nice and maintained but the rooms are very outdated and honestly a little run down. There is peeling drywall, holes in paintings, dirty fabric and carpet. The bed itself seemed clean, staff were great and junior suite views were amazing! The rating is for these mainly. I only stayed 1 night, but if I were staying longer I would have some regret. I wouldn't book again."

"The room was disgusting. The bedding, floors, desk, chairs were dirty, spotted, and there was a dirty glass left in the bathroom. We were not offered our free drink vouchers so I went to the desk to ask and once I got them they bar wouldn’t honor them. They hotel advertised breakfast with the room but after it it booked you find out it is not included. The hotel will not tell guy where the bus or train station is located. Horrible place to stay!"

"Clean rooms with very comfortable beds. The showers were very nice. Air conditioning was very nice, especially with a heat wave. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of options."

"The hotel was close to the airport, and the shuttle to and from the airport was helpful. The rooms did not look at all like the pictures on the website and wasn’t worth the value for what you pay to stay there. We had 3 different rooms because the rooms were not clean enough to meet standard expectations. The manager was kind and helpful, and we appreciated her customer care for the concerns we shared."

"The convenience of being right across the walkway from the train station and the international airport for an early flight out was what we liked about this property. What we also appreciated was the large variety of shops and eating establishments right downstairs."

"The location across the train station was very convenient. The room was not at all cozy or similar to what I had booked. Also there was no air conditioning with very temps."

"The air conditioner broke in the middle of a heat wave in the middle of the night. We called downstairs but we were only able to partially restore it after a lot of effort and waking everyone in the room up. The hotel obviously does not maintain the property as well as they could. They should not be charging the prices they do for rooms with no air conditioning. When we checked out, the staff don’t even ask us how our stay was. Some staff were friendly and helpful but others were definitely not....
