"Nothing to like. Neither elevator worked. Ice machines were not working, I tried 3 floors by stairs (due to elevator problems) Unsuccessfully Door to bathroom had to fist on it, not repaired. Breakfast was cold only, and limited at best. Pool closed Exercise room closed. Waterpark closed I felt bad ..."

"Very few amenities, snack bar closed the whole time. Took about half an hour at 10 pm when kids were exhausted to check in. Very slow staff and not very apologetic. Laser show nearby was only plus. Otherwise would recommend to find another hotel."
