"The rooms were was spacious, clean and nice. Staff was helpful. One big issue we had was with parking, as we drove there. They charged 30 CHF (over $37) a day, which was exorbitant. We had no choice but to pay it. However, it was NOT just a straight per day fee only. If you took your car out of the garage, your clock restarted, and you paid more than that for a day! This was not told fo us before we booked."
"All the services were great except the patchy wifi in the rooms. That made it really inconvenient to connect in the comfort of your bed. Would suggest improving wifi connectivity in the rooms."
"Fantastic service, sizeable room, convenient location, and wonderful breakfast and upstairs terrace. The service was particularly wonderful during our stay and is worth highlighting. There are limited amenities at this property - no laundry, the coffee available on each floor is not very tasty - but the location so near the lake and great dining is terrific."
"Staff was lovely. Room design nice. Bed was comfortable. Hotel was quiet and secure. Felt safe staying alone as woman. Close to airport and steps from tram to explore city. Free shuttle but uber was very inexpensive to airport. Right next to pharmacy for essentials.
The breakfast could use improvement (selection and quality), but liked
hot beverage machine with many choices. Everything seemed clean and well cared for. Would recommend."
