The Lake House on Canandaigua
Customer service was the best. My wife needed an Emory board and they went to the store and brought it to her. Above and beyond service.

The breakfast selection was limited. Would have liked more hot food options. Staff was very pleasant. Parking was fine. Room was as advertised.

The Historic Gould Hotel Seneca Falls, an Ascend Collection Hotel
Staff over worked, but friendly and helpful. Restaurant closed. With the toilets so low, they should have safety bars. Likewise the showers should have safety bars. Parking is convenient. Location excellent. Rooms spacious and clean.
