Avoid this hotel

The only thing going for this hotel is the proximity to the caves de frassasi. The staff was nice and helpful. This was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. The room is bare and very minimal. Stay clear of this place.

Hotel sicuramente da consigliare...camere spaziose e pulite, Grotte di Frasassi e Parco Avventura raggiungibili a piedi, posto tranquillo e relax garantito anche dalla piscina.

Plus que limite .. à éviter

Accueil plus que moyen surtout de la part d'une personne qui semble être un responsable...l'amabilité ces jours-là n'était pas son fort. Premières déceptions : -chambre en bout de couloir avec mauvaise réception WIFI et TV -piscine séparée de l'hôtel par une rue (contrairement à ce que pourrait laisser croire les photos) -piscine ouverte au public et "animée" à grand renfort de décibels tout l'après-midi et jusque tard dans la nuit si bien que nous avons profité des basses car l'isolation n' d'isolation que le nom....mais le relais du bruit fut pris par un groupe jusqu'à 3h du matin sans que personne n'intervienne...donc nuit quasi blanche - incapacité de servir un repas à notre arrivée ( il y avait un groupe) -termes fermées le samedi après-midi et le dimanche !!! -chambre non faite à 15.00 -petit déjeuner moyen mais enfin avec des sourires Nous avons décidé de ne pas profiter de la seconde nuit bien que payée Départ avec des propos peu aimables de la personne de l'accueil (la même). Pas difficile de trouver mieux au même prix

Phantastische Natur / Frasassi Grotte - Tropfstein

Wenn man zu den Tropfsteinhöhlen (Grotte di Frasassi) möchte oder allgemein ein paar Tage inmitten herrlicher Natur verbringen will, ist das Hotel ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und sauber, und auch wenn dort kaum einer englisch spricht, konnte man sich trotzdem verständigen. Das Frühstück habe ich aber dennoch nicht so ganz verstanden. Aber alle sehr freundlich. Gegenüber ist ein sehr gutes Restaurant (La Scaletta), daneben ein Schwimmbad, welches ich aufgrund von dauerhafter Schwerbeschallung mit Hotten-Totten-Musik nicht nutzte.
