"Room was clean, neighbors were a little noisy but tolerable. Parking right in front of room."

"Spa ? You’re joking right ? Gentlemen, I am writing this regarding a reservation made in Perry’sburg, OH for May 7 to May 13. I made this reservation at the beginning of January. The reason I chose this place is because all of the other hotels close to the venue I would be attending showed there were no rooms available for those dates. To start with, you processed the payment on January 6, 2026, a full 4 months before I would arrive. I have never had any other hotel process the full...

"We left the hotel immediately after checking-in. The sheets were dirty, bathroom was not clean, location was very shady. I was with my wife and dog didn’t felt safe at the place so we left to find another hotel nearby."

"Breakfast was wonderful!"

"It was perfect but they should mention that the breakfast is not complementary. You have to pay for it through the bistro."

"All of the staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful. I asked for a room on the 1st floor, and they had one; that was very helpful to me; there was coffee available all the time; that was nice also. I've stayed there for the past 10 years when I visit the Luckey/Pemberville communities and will continue staying there in the future. It holds great memories for me."

"Had a wonderful stay property was very updated and modern very clean and it smelled nice when we first walked in our room. The breakfast was great front desk. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be going there again."

"Wonderful friendly staff great place."

"The staff was friendly, really cool lobby. However, my room smelled moist as if there had been a leak. They need to air out the rooms"

"Great property and clean rooms. Would stay here again."

"Thanks to Branden for getting us the room we requested. Be ready for room cleaning every other day which means you will have to get replacement coffee pods and condiments on off days. Parking seems inconvenient because you can’t really park in site; however valet parking works great and the car was available within minutes right at the front door. The views from the room of the river and world class bridges are fantastic especially at night when they are lit up with multicolored lights."
