"Room Review (Springfield Stay) Upon entering the room, there was a noticeable musty odor. I also sprayed Wizard air freshener upon entry to improve the smell. Fortunately, there is a Dollar Tree nearby, so I was able to pick up some basic essentials to make the stay more manageable. At check-in, I noticed the front door light was not working, although the other lights in the room functioned properly. The in-room telephone also did not work, which made it impossible to contact the front desk...

"The pictures online are misleading. They show a nice clean, newer hotel and in person the hallway carpets are old and dirty and doors are broke. This hotel looks more like a old dirty place that seriously needed updated and cleaned. Also I booked this hotel because it had a swimming pool and hot tub and had breakfast in the morning. When we checked in they had signs posted that the pool and hot tub was both closed. Then I was told that they wouldn't have any breakfast in the morning. He said...

"When we arrived the woman that took care of us didn’t speak very good English. I think she was annoyed that I didn’t understand her. Our room smelled like smoke and the bathroom was sticky. We were too tired from traveling to do anything about it. We checked out a day earlier."
