Shangri-La Golden Sands, Penang
Lovely hotel, great staff, definitely worth getting a room with a view of the pool/sea. Close to hawker market for food options. Need to take bus to go into George Town however, but bus stop is right outside the hotel so pretty convenient.

All staff are excellent. We had a lovely stay here for three nights. Food is really very good with much choice. If we are in Penang we will definitely come here again.

Shangri-La Rasa Sayang, Penang
Stayed for four nights. Everything perfect. Rasa wing was particularly nice. Loved the free drinks and food at 5pm every night.
