"I had a wonderful stay, facilities were very clean and nice! The staff were very helpful and polite, and I felt extremely welcomed at all times. There was a bit of construction outside but I didn’t hear it inside the building. I’d definitely come back and stay here again!"

"Staff were absolutely great.. breakfast was ok example beans were cold.. lounge staff were great but basic. Website pics should be updated as deceiving."

"Not much to say."

"I was given a harbour view standard room and it was very good, if a bit dated. The bed was very comfortable. The tv only had a few usable channels. The staff were very welcoming and excellent all round. There’s a selection of good restaurants in-house."

"Morning shuttle service is great"

"住宿很好"

"I had an exceptional stay and experience at the Millen Penang!! The room was beautifully set up and superb sea facing view from the bathroom. It was an amazing experience. If there was anything to recommend for improvement, I will highly suggest to replace the soap on the basin with handwashing gel. The soap gets slimy with just an overnight use and sometimes housekeeping doesn’t necessarily always provide a new piece with subsequent stays. "Excellent hotel in a historic building. Amenities are great and a bit quirky (see how they bring the luggage to the upstairs rooms). Staff is very nice. The Italian hotel on premise is Michelin listed."

"Staff is nice and helpful. Room is small and the door lock is hard to use. Tea time is nice with good food. Bathroom is kind of small for a petite person like me to move around. Overall it's a good hotel for a short stay with nice and helpful staff."

"Love the Peranakan deco and architecture. Your smart TV is best when it was raining and you are stuck back in your hotel. The complimentary breads are nice t very good. You can do local cookies, pastries and better breads. Room 3 shower tiles need to re caulking or renewed. Love the bathroom tiles selections. Room 3 is good layout however, windows are too close to the temple(next door) around 8-830p until 10. They have conversations a bit disturbing."

"廊下にウォーターサーバーが設置してありました"

"Good hotel overall, spacious room and comfortable bed, though a bit dated. Photos of the pool are misleading, it’s very small in reality and not suitable for swimming. WiFi is slow and requires reconnecting and accepting terms and conditions several times a day."

"鄰近有很多食肆，超級方便，不用乘搭grab也步行可抵達。"

"Clean room, amazing staff very helpful"
