"Overall a great stay! I stayed in room 106 it was the standard queen room. Clean, no smells, ac was powerful, great amount of space. The staff were helpful when needed and not invasive. They were willing to get the room ready y when I arrive 1.5 hours early. Breakfast was simple but not crowded at 9am. Will stay again!"

"At first I was given a room that was so hot and had sheets that were not clean. There was a dead bug and hair in the bed. However when I complained they moved me to a new room that was cleaner but this property needs to improve their standards of clean. If I wasn’t desperate to sleep I would not have stayed there. I did not feel safe. Someone even tried my door in the middle of the night."

"Arrived at 10:30PM the night of my booking. After a 2 hour plane ride, was told when I arrived that our room had been cancelled and there was no more rooms available? Even though the payment had already gone through, and there was zero communication. After contacting Expedia support, they confirmed that all was okay on their end and tried contacting the hotel. After half an hour of deliberating they seemingly “found” an available room for us, on the main floor. I would not recommend this hotel...

"The hotel itself was great. Staff was helpful and sweet. The receptionist, Prince was especially very sweet and should be recognized. I am disappointed with Expedia however, because during booking It said that I had a 15$ breakfast voucher and VIP access at the hotel. However, when I was at the hotel staff said that they could not see that on my reservation. Expedia should not have offered it if it was not going to be made available on my reservation. Expedia is not a very good third party...

"The Hitlon Airport Garden Hotel was very clean and the rooms were well furnished. The bed very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good with a cook ready to prepare any style of eggs you wanted. The buffet had everything you could imagine for breakfast and the servers were right there to greet you and bring you coffee. The shuttle service was on time and very efficient.
Standards like this are not often encountered today even in the better hotels.
