"Quick and easy check-in we also paid for parking which we could just drop off her vehicle and get the shuttle to the airport was flawless "

"The hotel itself was fine, the issue was the airport shuttle. I called on arrival at 11pm and was told the shuttle would be there at 1125. It didn't show so at 11:40 I called back, was told it had been there (untrue, we waited outside at the designated spot in zero degree weather for it) and the next one would be there at midnight. It finally came at 12:10, so we ended up standing outside freezing and exhausted for over an hour after a 6 hour flight. Needless to say, we will stay elsewhere the next time we have to overnight in Toronto."
