"Clean room, all basic needs were provided like fridge, microwave and TV. Overall, it’s a good money."

"There was no room service available. Their Bistro was only open for couple of hours. We booked a suite, were given an accessibility room with no wardrobe or mirrors. Had booked the room for an important family function, terribly disappointed with our stay."

"The room and hotel itself was beautiful but the lack of regulation was frustrating. My stay was 4 days total with a break of one day in between. I had exams so I was unable to use the amenities in the hotel. By the time I came on Thursday the hotel was packed with children. These kids were jumping in the pool splashing everyone on deck not having a care in the world which prevented others from enjoying the pool. "The hotel looks clean but we booked there with our daughter because of the pool and it was out of order on the day we checked in and the next day. The bed we used was sinking in the middle and needed replacement. It was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Other than that, the staff were all nice and helpful."

"Safe & quiet location. Hotel was clean. Suite was spacious with all basic amenities in the room. Staff was very helpful. The only reason, I didn't do 5-star is because of their lack of transparency. Hotel front has construction in-progress. Also, we were told that the pool is under maintenance but I didn't notice anything as such .. We were offered to go next door in a sister property as an alternate BUT Hotel Management SHOULD mention it on their webpage as a message of work in-progress or pool...
