"Great Location especially if going to a game or concert. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and bar on main level is what’s happening, had a dj and a Photo Booth equipped. Wish I got to the roof top bar (one of the reasons I booked) but there was a private event! Disappointed but that means I have to come back when in the area. "

"We had a spacious suite on the 8th floor with a spectacular view of Olympic Park and its incredible psychedelic Ferris wheel. The staff were uniformly excellent. Breakfast was complimentary and excellent, plus there were free cocktails and snacks in the evening. "Romm was clean, breakfast was good, although the process a little convoluted. Parking was inconvenient due to Hyatt providing event parking and over booking their garage, so we had to park in overflow down the street."

My cousin who has an intellectual disability and my aunt arrived to the hotel and they noticed it had very little amenities and no water in the room. "Super clean and loved the area, close to a lot of things and walkable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Few reasons it did not get the five stars was, water was shut off for 4 hours mid day, the safe in the room didn’t function and a manager opened my room door accidentally without knocking while I was changing; luckily it was a woman but the experience was still very off putting "
