"this was a nice hotel to stay at, definitely not as modern as other Hilton hotels, but it was clean for the most part the room air vents were a little dusty. I did eat at the restaurant. The food was good overall a good stay for the price."

"Clearly its an older hotel but it is well maintained and very clean. It is located at the less lively end of Peachtree St. so a bit of a walk in proximity the livelier end of Peachtree St. heading up to the Hub, as a result there were quite a few indigent people around. This was a bit disconcerting even though there was security around at night. and police patrolling the areas nearby. The popular Underground was closed. I assume because there is some sort of upgrading to the nearby train station in progress. There was a lot of other construction going on nearby also. Maybe when it's all over and things open back up it will be livelier especially at night. The staff were all courteous and accommodating. The free breakfast was basic, fruit, cereal, eggs sausages waffles, coffee and juice. if the area gets livelier and the train station and underground opens up, I will stay at that hotel again. "

"Hotel Phoenix was a great stay from start to finish. Everything was spotless and clearly well cared for, which made it feel comfortable right away. The small touches in the room really stood out—they thought of the little things that actually make a difference. The restaurant was also a highlight, with really great food that exceeded expectations. On top of that, the customer service was amazing—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Would definitely stay again."
