"Kiosk to check in with a very rude customer representative. Foul smell throughout hotel. No freezer in mini fridge was told I could get one for a extra fee. Hairs in the towels."

"We had a first floor room that faced the river. The room was very large with a king size bed that provided a great night's sleep. Room had a couple of comfortable chairs with a table, refrigerator and microwave as well as a very comfortable recliner. Coffee was available 24 x 7 with flavored creamers. A couple of restaurants within walking distance."

"The rooms smelled musty. One had pet odor and remnants of cat food on the floor. Rooms had minor maintenance issues and lack of sufficient lighting. Staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby is pleasant."

"Ended up Leaving due to dirty conditions and poor staff. Also a bunch of undesirable people hanging around. Didn’t feel comfortable or safe. Can’t believe this is a Wyndham property."

"Rooms have an older look to them, but well kept. I’d say my only criticism of the room was the showerheads in the bathroom. Definitely seen years of the hard water, suggest getting some new ones, nothin’ fancy. They were still functional nonetheless."

"The bed was comfortable and the tv was great. There was no bar soap in the room- only body wash in the shower. No drinking glasses - only styrofoam cups for coffee. And NO COFFEE maker in the room. Breakfast was inadequate - really not a satisfactory property but it wouldn’t make thought or effort to bring it up to an acceptable standard."

"Room were nasty. Bathroom was dirty shower and toilet are very dirty. Security gate is broken. Ther was NO security in the Area. People living in cars and vans on the property.Animals running around without leashes or owners."

"The property was listed as newly renovated, and it certainly was not! Only the flooring looked new. The pictures online do not match what you actually get. Bed very hard and simply one mattress on a metal frame. Doors/locks did not feel secure. Very poorly insulated, we could hear every little noise from other rooms and the road. The first room we went into was so strong cleaning product/chemical smelling that it made eyes water and induced an asthma attack. Second room was stale old smoke...

"The pictures of the place look great online. When we got there, the place was a total dump. We didn't even get out of the car. I would prefer to sleep in my car than this place. Not in this neighborhood though. The whole area is bad. We went to another motel down the road and witnessed a drug deal. Do yourself a favor and drive 10 minutes to the casino district and spent another 25 bucks a night like we did. It was too late to cancel our reservation, so we ate the cost. It was worth it though...

"Toilet seat unstable. No coffee maker. TV didn’t work that good. Splatter on the walls several areas. Stairwells had debris everywhere. Bed and linens were clean and comfortable. No shampoo in the shower."

"Rooms were very dirty. Moisture on the ceiling. Floors sticky. Mold in the corners. Showers tiny and gross. The lobby feels like something out of a horror movie. Fitness room was legitimately empty. Bathrooms in the lobby closed for maintenance. Would not recommend ever!"
