"The staff was the highlight of the stay! For a budget hotel, this place was amazing and had everything we needed for 7 days. It was close to everything, breakfast included, good AC and the warmest staff. They made you feel like home! "

"I booked and paid on expedia, upon arrival the clerk tried to say i had not paid, then he tried to charge us more saying i had not paid the full price.
I had to show him my records before he finally decided i had paid...it felt like a scam, he did apologize but it still felt like a deliberate act.
Additionally while in the room, staff members would periodically enter the room and take pictures, i founf this to be disturbing. "

"The Caribe Hotel is one of my favorite hotels to stay in. The staff is so gracious, nice and accommodating. The hotel has a nostalgia that's unmatched. The hotel grounds are well kept and provide many amenities. The breakfast buffet is always delicious. I highly recommend the Caribe Hotel."
