"We stayed in a family suite which claimed to sleep 6, but really only slept 4. Staff were incredibly helpful to bring us a rollaway bed at no cost which we appreciated, but once it was set up it was hard to walk around the room. The bunk beds were incredibly squeaky even with minimal movement and the rollaway bed had a very thin mattress. "The staff was rude! They would not even print a receipt for me because I booked through a third party not to mention a room with the view of a brick wall. They had no luggage carts in the lobby and when I asked for one they made it sound like such an imposition that I said never mind. The room was so dusty and the refrigerator froze my gallon of water. "My friend and I returned to our room, opened the door, and found a stranger (male) sitting on one of the beds, next to one of our suitcases. I told him to come of the room, and asked him to show me his key holder. He was in the wrong room. It was 10:30 pm. We went down to the Front Desk and recounted this story, and the woman at the Front Desk changed our key access and said she would comp the room.
