"The Marriott Hotel is excellently located in a central area, with a bus stop nearby and supermarket within walking distance for everyday essentials. There is also a wide variety of restaurants in the surrounding area, making dining very convenient.
A useful tip for future visitors: locals generally do not recommend swimming at Balluta Beach. Instead, Fond Ghadir Beach with its Victorian Baths is a great nearby alternative (open sea). Aqua shoes are recommended, as all spots are rocky.
The only reason I am not giving a perfect rating is that my Deluxe Room was located directly next to the elevator, with a staff service room opposite. Unfortunately, this resulted in regular noise throughout the day and evening. Apart from that, I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel."
