The location of the place is ideal as it sits right between Valletta (on your right) and St. Julian’s (on your left). The place itself is pretty spacious, clean although it’s a fairly old building. However, it’s really noisy in and around the building. You hear a lot of echoes from other rooms, people talking in the hallway, cleaners chitchatting in the corridors. For a day or two stay, it’s okay for the price but if you intend to have a relaxing vacation, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Best place to stay with wonderful staff

We had a great time in Malta and Gozo with the help of the wonderful staff. Our room was always clean and fresh, the staff were friendly and helpful always looking after us. Will be back again soon, as will our family and friends. Thank you Neelufar for your assistance throughout and on our final day. Thanks to all the staff and General Manger.

Very nice stay ☺️

We're very happy with our stay (5 nights) and would choose the same hotel next time. The apartment is perfectly located, close to the sea front, public transport and restaurants but at the same time secluded a little, so it's quiet, away from the buzz. It's clean and the housekeeping was good and the bed was comfy. Our apartment was well equipped with the essential kitchen stuff like kettle, fridge, toaster and microwave as well as extra blankets and air conditioning. The staff very helpful and friendly.

We stayed for five days and had an amazing time! if I were to look for anything negative to say, it might be that the fire alarm was set off due to our cooking, so homekeeping came to ask us to open a window. Otherwise our stay was great, the roofterrace is pretty, the staff is friendly and the beds are perfekt.

Very clean, cleaner very friendly. Couple of things broken in the appartment and outside very loud in the morning. Paid for late checkout but someone came at 11am to ask us to leave uninformed that we had late checkout

The apartment building was fairly close by the Hotel reception and easily found. Unfortunately, the lock of the building front door was damaged and couldn't close, so anyone could enter the building at anytime. I've reported this at the reception, so hopefully this will be repaired soon. The 5 person apartment itself was fairly spacious and well cleaned. The living room had a large table with 5 wooden chairs and a 2 person couch. Each room offered plenty of power sockets. The kitchen appliances worked well, but utensils and cutlery were lacking. To our pleasant surprise, there were two separate bathrooms. The showers were very comfortable, with clean towels, soap / shampoo and toiletpaper. The television was unplugged, because its Schuko plug doesn't fit into Maltese sockets. The WiFi coverage was decent, although internet speeds were just enough for basic web and messaging. The beds were clean and comfortable, but could use some extra blankets. There was plenty of closet storage space, with a small desk and mirror. Outside the bedrooms was a long and quite narrow balcony, behind double-glassed sliding doors. These doors sufficiently isolated outside temperatures and street noise, to enjoy a quiet night rest. During our stay, there was a one-time power failure which was resolved within the hour. Cleaning and towels were available daily, with friendly staff. In general, we were quite happy with all facilities and amenities offered and would gladly return for another stay.

Location of the apartment was good, as was the self catering option and the staff were friendly enough, but the images on the site are not representative of the property itself and quite misleading. The whole block is very tired and not in great condition. Our beds were like campbeds pushed together, blankets with marks on them and curtains that didn't actually close properly so let the light in. Our balcony door didn't lock properly and was actually left open by housekeeping which was very frustrating. In the bathroom there is a fixed showerhead and the 'free toileteries' is a container of soap that wasn't replaced. The kitchenette was not fully equipped enough to be adequate for true self catering and the units were poorly fitted and broken, meaning the fridge often didn't fully close without us realising. Noise was the worst issue, the walls are paper thin and every door is a heavy fire door that people let slam all hours of the night so don't expect a decent nights sleep. Aircon isn't brilliant and the wifi is very sketchy, we complained at reception when it dropped up and they did said an engineer to fix it in fairness. Fine for youth hostel stays and stag dos but at 7 months pregnant this was not the best option for us, I was not comfy, would definitely not recommend it for the money and wouldn't stay again. The pictures on the site are there to fool people.

Webs tayed in a 2-bedroom apartment. Good points include the view of the harbour, a balcony with table and chairs, and lots of space. The aircon was effective and quiet. The beds were ok, comfort wise, but if you were expecting a double it would be a problem. All beds at the property are singles pushed together. I had friends in a three-bedroom apartment upstairs where it was the same. WiFi was nonexistent. Never managed to connect in the whole week. Cleaning was patchy. Housekeeping seemed to come every day, to tidy the beds and empty the main kitchen bin. But not sure what else. Clean, unused towels were taken away some days. Other days they left new ones but only in one bathroom. The shower sliding door was completely detached from its runners. It fell out towards the wall the first time I used the shower so I never touched it after that. Decor was tatty and grubby, wall paper coming away from the walls and ugly marks on the walls and lampshades etc. Kitchen was big and had what was needed including a fridge and freezer. But beware they don’t supply even as much as a cloth to keep the space clean. You have to buy it all. Lift has a mind of its own and buttons don’t all work. The pool is not at the apartment, it’s on the roof of the hotel a minute away. Loungers and umbrellas. But they don’t have enough towels. Overall it was good enough and comfortable enough but just a bit less than advertised.

1st appartment horrendous, moved into better one

When we arrived we were told we were to stay in a different building which did not have a pool. When we arrived at the propert it was a complete mess, bath had cigarette burns, kitchen cupboards falling off, the fridge/freezer covered in dents, appliances were all rusted. The cuoboards and draws for clothes were falling apart and there was significant damp and mould around the property. It resembled a crack den. We complained and were moved the next morning to a modern apartment which was a massive improvement, it was clean, modern and the apliances were new. The fact they tried to palm us off with the initial apparent was disgusting

Not the apartment shown by hotels.com. Very noisy , air con also very ñoisy. One toilet didnt flush. Stairs had a permanent leak when entering which is dangerous. Been staying with ST Group in Malta for many years and always happy. Not this time.
