"We stayed for 2 nights, and although we have visited the temple complex last year, we thoroughly enjoyed staying here this time round. "Lovely resort for family stay. We stayed for 4 nights prior to a 2 week tour of Vietnam that started in Hanoi. Great resort - lovely indoor and outdoor pools, duplex room ideal for family of 4, large leafy site with electric buggies to ferry you between room and reception/restaurants. "I did not get the right type of room I booked ! I did talked with the receptionist when I received the room key, he said they were run of room for the one I booked, he would refund me the difference when I checked out. However, no refund was issued and when I called hotels.com rep. the hotel even decline what they promised. For the room, I was given the room near the food elevator, avoid this room at all cost, because, in the morning, all of clothes would have food smell. "
