"We booked very last minute. We arrived in Rome and drove approximately halfway to our destination, which would have been Amalfi area. This was a perfect one night stop over after a long flight. "Room was terribly hot! Even though your key card shuts everything in the room off when you remove it, somehow they are able to turn off the AC in the room from the desk. We woke up sweltering and sweaty every morning, as it seemed they shut the AC unit off at 7am. First morning I thought the AC was broken, so I went to the front desk to report it and they explained they turned it off! They asked if I was leaving for the day, and when I was coming back.
