"Francesco was a great host, he provided very clear and helpful instructions on how to check in as we arrived very late, and he gave us great recommendations and helpful information when we asked. The breakfast was lovely, and the location was great. A nice quiet area, but walking distance to the main sites. "

"The staff were very attentive. The hotel is located at a quiet street which I like, quiet but not like in a dark alley or on a scary street. It is a safe neighbourhood and there is bus stop and tram stop nearby.The room and bathroom were spacious compared to most hotels I have stayed in Europe"
