"Great location and easy to find and enter despite being staff less. Room was a decent size and clean. Although the bathroom was also a good size the shower was tiny with poor pressure and the bathroom would start to flood because the doors wouldn't shut properly."

"Das Hotel war bezaubernd, das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer im 3. Stock hofseitig, weshalb es in der Nacht angenehm ruhig war. Die Matratze war fester und damit sehr bequem, die Kopfpölster perfekt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war liebevoll zubereitet und täglich frisch und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war durchwegs sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."

"Nice rooms situated around small courtyards with fountains and fragrant vines (Jasmine?). A quiet oasis away from the busy streets of the city. Breakfast was very nice with both European and western food. Always had buffet to ourselves. The hotel was the best part of our visit to Firenze! Good restaurants close by and staff made good recommendations."

"Great location. Across was the David exhibit. It can be noisy at times due to the crowds forming to see the exhibit, but it didn't bother us mostly. Host was responsive. Would stay here again!"

"We stayed in the annex building, which is just around the corner from the main hotel. It is in an old building, which has been updated to modern standards without losing its charm. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was completely refitted and functional. There is a small elevator, if you dont want to take the stairs. The loggia is very well located, just a 2 minute walk from the Duomo. Our room was very quiet, at night we couldnt hear any outside noise. I would highly recommend...

"Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage: man kann sie ganz einfach mit dem Zug vom Flughafen aus erreichen und läuft keine 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Wir waren mit vier Personen in der Wohnung und hatten alle genügend Platz. Der große Vorteil sind zwei Bäder. Kleinere Reparaturen wurden schnell und umgehend erledigt."
