"The shower curtain liner was moldy, the bathtub was chipping, the room was not cleaned daily we were told it gets cleaned every other day, we had no way of getting in touch with house keeping. Our overall experience was horrible."

"This is one of the nicest places I’ve stayed! It was like a small apartment while we stayed in Pitt. I wish there was valet parking because the parking garage ticket comp. And machine in the garage gave us some trouble. And was told that the rooftop bar closes at 9, which we didn’t get to go to because we didn’t return back to the hotel until after that the two days we were there but it’s still a great place to stay for sure! "

"The view from the rooftop bar is incredible. Very happening spot on a Friday or Saturday night (provided the weather is good). Dinner and breakfast items were tasty. The room was on the smaller side but perfect for 1-2 people during a quick stay."

The front desk staff were not especially friendly or helpful, luckily we didn't need them much! The room was nice but needed a little updating especially the bathroom. We enjoyed the whirlpool hottub and pool. Also the king size bed was heavenly comfortable! They also had convenient parking and a lot of it!"
