The entire apartment — including the bathroom, kitchen, and common areas — is shared, which was not clearly mentioned in the listing. "Communication was prompt, facility is clean, location is convenient. We felt safe and quiet, only can smell people smoking from the outside passing by the property. I will come back."

"The stay was very good . Rooms were very spacious . Hall ,2 bedrooms, kitchen , dining and balcony . But only one bathroom and that too with poor drainage. The only issue was about the kitchen sink and bathroom tub drainage . Water was not going through only it got accumulating. We did mail to the property manager but were disappointed by them for not taking timely action. "

"I liked my stay at this serviced apartment. The apt sits in a quiet and nice neighborhood. It is not located at the very center but is near the Leimbach train station where you can take S4 to the central station. It has a small kitchen which is good enough. The room is clean and well furnished. The staff is helpful. It is better to communicate with them beforehand on WhatsApp."
