"The hotel itself was nice overall, and the staff were friendly, professional, and spoke multiple languages, which was very helpful. However, for a 5-star airport hotel, there were several disappointing aspects that felt hard to overlook. The restaurant was decent, but extremely overpriced. The only available room with two beds was incredibly small, and despite the photos suggesting there was a patio or balcony area, it was actually just large windows that did not open at all. "Modern hotel, licht, schoon, goed bed. Goed ontbijt, veel te kiezen. Gemakkelijk parkeren onder het hotel (€15 per nacht). Op loopafstand van het centrum. Kamer en badkamer waren wel erg klein, maar alles was spik en span. Koffie en thee kan je onbeperkt halen, in de eetzaal."

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The underground parking was easily accessed & check-in efficient & friendly (English speaking). The room was compact but comfortable with a good sized, comfy bed. I didn't hear any noise from other guests and the room temperature was easily controlled. Good TV as well. Didn't try the pizza advertised but will be returning shortly & will do then."

"It was clean. Super close to the train station. Elevators. The restaurant was great -best veggie burger ever and the people working in the restaurant went above and beyond to be kind. The hotel staff were so nice as well! The upstairs bar has such a cool view! This is a very comfortable hotel and I would definitely recommend staying here."

"The hotel itself is great. The breakfast was good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is right at the Train station and seems unsafe at night. There is nothing to do around the hotel, choices of restaurants are limited. There are a few fast food and sandwich shops in the train station as well as a supermarket. Getting to the airport is very easy using the Train and very inexpensive compared to taxi."
