"My stay at Quality Inn Kigali was amazing from start to finish. The staff was extremely helpful, polite, and welcoming. From the first day, I felt right at home. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with daily housekeeping. The food from the restaurant was also amazing. I honestly ate almost the same dish every day because it was that good! I really enjoyed having a balcony with a beautiful view of the hills. Coming from Philadelphia, waking up to that view was something special...

They fixed the phone in my room, helped unlock my safe after I forgot the password 😅, and were consistently helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is very clean, and I especially loved the unique setup of the pool and poolside area—it has a really nice atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Kim Hotel and would happily stay here again."
