Air con ih yes, brilliant! i did not order breakfast. Proximity to everything, town swimming pool, take aways, grocerirles, church, walkpath, highway but far from noisy trucks ect. It is excellent.

The suite was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable. It was good having housekeeping on day 3 and the laundry facilities were really good. The only downside was a slight lack of certain kitchen equipment e.g no bread knife or small saucepan. We had an amazing stay!
