We had a problem with getting into the apartment late at night & while we were told we could contact her at any time (and to be fair, a manager should be available) she would have let us sit all night outside our apartment before even trying to help. She put the phone down when we tried to call & then told us to solve it ourselves as...

The apartment was huge and spotlessly clean (had daily maid service), 6 small balconies with views all around the square and a lovely roof top terrace with direct access from the lift in our room. Everything you could need was provided including robes and slippers and a daily stocked minibar fridge. The bed was enormous and comfortable. Check in was very easy although in the sister hotel 5 min walk away. There was the option of having a lift from the porters if needed....
