"This hotel was perfect for our next day cruise…we wanted to make sure we stayed somewhere that wasn’t too expensive for 1-night; but was of great quality and close proximity to the Port of Miami. Just make sure to call the front desk to let them know you have arrived at the airport to request the complimentary shuttle and they will let you know approximately when the shuttle will arrive. "Terrible service /host. They kept me on the street for hours upon the day of arriving. The apartment was prepaid for and they did not let me into the unit after hours of the checkin time and with completing the online checkin process. I have proof of it all. They also continued to spam me with constant upselling messages of trying to get me to purchase items and pay for more on the unit outside of Expedia."
