I called The main Reservation number for Sonesta my self because the manager at the property was lying to me !!! And I called making a new reservation to see what they say and I asked especially about daily cleaning service, and they ensured me that was done daily!!!! They should fire the manager!!! "

"Stayed one night. Had the basic amenities and staff was friendly. Room was dirty and clearly not cleaned prior to our check-in. We found a cigarette butt inbetween the mattress and bedframe. The tables and flat surfaces weren't wiped down and had some residue on them. The duvet had dried questionable stains on it. The bathroom sink was dirty and the shower drain had debris still stuck in it. The walls were dirty and could use a fresh paint job. "
