Great city for a weekend break of sightseeing, shopping, food & drink. Girona airport so easy with excellent bus service to the city.
Fantastic restaurants and bars, lots of lovely boutique shops and bakeries- everything appears cheaper than uk.
Girona is a lovely Spanish city unspoilt full of history it’s a very special place very relaxed atmosphere always draws you back there to visit
A visit to the cathedral is well worth the time and cost. Find time to walk the walls there are some excellent views. We also visited the Cinema Museum and found that also excellent value for money.
Fantastic city with great dining
