"Our experience was Terrible. They delayed our check-in and refused to give us the room on time. When we finally got in, the room was filthy, smelled awful, and was completely messy. Even worse, someone entered our room without our permission and went through our personal belongings. This is by far the worst hotel and the worst customer service we have ever experienced on a trip. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME ERROR. Do not be fooled by the price. It was a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE."

"The location was on an alley. The room was tiny, barely big enough to hold a bed. It smelled horrible. Communication took a half hour between messages. The key was left on the air conditioner outside then another key on a fake windowsill between the doors - anyone who had ever stayed there before would be able to come into my room. "Hotel was lovely. Staff was very attentive. Food was delicious. Amenities (pool and gym) were terrific. The only challenge they have - not their fault - is that there is massive construction around them on a new underground train AND a light rail. So there is a lot of dust and it is not easy to get in and out of the property. But once inside - no complaints!"
