"I've stayed here a few times and usually everything is spot on. But this time it was let down by a room that could have been a bit cleaner. "Close to Marina, cafes and restaurants all walkable. Nicely decorated and kept property with great views. Large bedrooms with great comfort. Luggage storage available if going to Heron Island. Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend the Oaks."

"The Staff were very friendly and helpful but we booked and paid for a Classic Triple Room, Multiple Beds, Ensuite and instead we were placed in a Twin room with a Queen and Single bed. This meant the room was much smaller and it made for an uncomfortable night as our beds were too close together ..."
