"Close to Marina, cafes and restaurants all walkable. Nicely decorated and kept property with great views. Large bedrooms with great comfort. Luggage storage available if going to Heron Island. Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend the Oaks."

The Club Hotel
"The Staff were very friendly and helpful but we booked and paid for a Classic Triple Room, Multiple Beds, Ensuite and instead we were placed in a Twin room with a Queen and Single bed. This meant the room was much smaller and it made for an uncomfortable night as our beds were too close together ..."

Parklands Resort Calliope
"Arrive to find out we got a room with no bathroom had shared facilities. Did not see the room had no bathroom. Phoned staff at about 8pm and was told they gone home so no help. On website it said 6am to 10pm. Went into the share bathroom and took one look and turned around. Will not stay there again ..."
