"What a little gem to stay at. Well appointed, games, books and DVDS. Clean, quiet and easy off street parking. Comfy bed and even Tim Tams. Im more a white Tim Tam person, but now I'm being picky. Its close to the main st of Richmond and an easy drive to Hobart. Communication was easy and clear. Really enjoyed our stay."

"We loved our stay... the cottage and grounds are absolutely adorable, and the couple who own the property are extremely warm and welcoming to their guests. A fresh loaf of sourdough bread, farm fresh eggs, and more were awaiting us in our romantic, imbeccably furnished cottage. It felt like we were staying in someone's private home rather than a vacation rental. The cottage we were in....the Hollyhock... has two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom (with show and a jacuzzi), a comfortable living room...

"Place is really good, fantastic view close to the shops. Hotels.com check in is 2pm but code to the place was only sent 10mins to 3pm by the property, not great communication between hotels.com and the property. Couches not the best for the elderly, too low and sinks in. "
