The staff didn’t speak any English which made it very difficult to communicate with them, but they were generally friendly except for a couple of them who were very rude. "Nothing to appreciate. This place is like in a ghetto. Very scary. We got there at night and we cant find someone to work even at the front. The front desk turned the light off to be like a haunted mansion and we say hello to find someone to provide our booking but no one appeared at the time of check-in. The rooms( we book 2 rooms) were too dirty to be a 3.5 stars hotel. Our feet were turned black because of dusty floor. My skin got rashes after i sleep in the blanket. The towels were too dark...

"Expedia misled me by keeping this property in their list. I deserve refund. Room No 301 was allotted to me. Horrible experience! The shower points to commode. Bathroom had no shelves to keep things. Worst - not enough toilet rolls suppled. You ask every time you go. Next door is the party room. Marriage party. High level noise and music. Expedia, you deceived me / your thirty y years old client!"
