"The room was clean however there are some plumbing items that need to be addressed. The tub spout to shower is rusted or clogged and was hard to pull up. The toilet handle needed to be held down to flush. The mattress was sagging on the left side and the pillows were too hard or lumpy. Breakfast was average, but I can’t it eat anyway because of dietary restrictions. Would have been nice to have a banana though and their coffee was watered down. It was a decent stay but I won’t stay there again. "

"The room was very well equipped very comfortable for a multi day stay. The shower is very large and hot water was on demand almost immediately. The breakfast bar was well equipped every day and the menu rotated every day as well so you didn’t feel like you were having the same food over and over again. Overall, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in in the past five years at least."

"I complained about constant noise and sent a video in my room. No change was offered 2 of the 3 nights I could not get good sleep. Finally 3rd night slept due to exhaustion. I hope to get compensation for the discomfort. "

"I don’t know how this place got a high rating in this app, possible the location wrote their own reviews. The wood table looked rotted, no chairs for the desk, bathroom tub had paint peeling off, breakfast was trash with powdered eggs not even real eggs. I sent a message through the Expedia app and entered the travelers name yet the front desk staff gave my husband issues when he tried to check in. They told him I had to call in and when I told him to let them know I sent the message when I booked they told him “That is a third party”. Ya think? What kind of response is that. So I called and all they had me do was confirm his name. Ridiculous way to verify anything I could have been anyone calling in so with that it just felt like they were giving him a hard time for nothing. I had to come up there later that night to drop off his charger and there was a guy out there trying to wave me down. I had a girls night at our house so the men of the house needed to go somewhere but I will never book this place again. Complete disappointment as it is nothing compared ti their pictures and other reviews. The outside was clean from what I could tell but I see now that is why they say don’t judge a book by its cover. "
