"Clean room and friendly staff."

"This property has maintenance issues. That was apparent from the moment we arrived. One of the two elevators had a misleading handwritten sign stating the elevator was out of service and that "the tech is on the way". The sign was up the entire time and there was only one (very slow) elevator. The TV didn't work in our room. Another guest in a room nearby apologized in advance if he makes a lot of noise slamming his door. He said it didn't shut properly otherwise. There were also multiple lights...

"The front office staff is very kind, in exception of one new guy who was obviously new, but the staff is nice. The property needs an upgrade. The price is way too high to not take pride in the property and keep the furniture looking new at least by painting it. It is in a nice area with shops nearby. Keep the pool clean & update that outside furniture! I am a repeat customer & I will be back. I just hope the executives will spend the money to restore and update this place!"

"Clean room that actually smelled good. My teen was impressed. Bigger room than expected. Easily could have been a place to stay longer than 1 night. Breakfast was very good. Sausage eggs. Waffles blueberry or plain, muffins, cereal, juice coffee, yogurt and fruit. Easy check in and out. Good place to stay"

"I don’t know why I didn’t read the reviews first but this place is a dump. The first room they offered me smelled like a nursing home. I mean I didn’t even step in the room when the smell hit me. I went back downstairs and told them that offering that room to ANYONE is offensive!! They gave me a card to check 2 other rooms. The first room was ok, but the fridge was rusted and had mold on the side. The second room had an unpleasant smell but the fridge was nice. So I had to ask them to switch the...

"Room was clean except for a spot on door frame in bathroom (blood stained). Bed only had a sheet and the decorative cover, no blanket, no in room coffee. Breakfast was a choice of pop tart, honey bun or muffins. Small cups of coffee, no juice was choice of drink."

"We arrived late at night and were only staying until morning. The area is kinda sketchy and with people hanging out outside of their rooms drinking, smoking and carrying on loudly (after midnight),I seriously considered sleeping in my car. The room was “clean” but smelled AWFUL! The bed was hard as a rock and the bedding was as cheap as cheap can get. You get what you pay for, folks!"
