Khách sạn Glen Lorne

"Beautiful, green grounds and a spotlessly clean property. The staff were the highlight: warm, attentive and genuinely helpful throughout. Breakfast is included and it was excellent. The location works well too. You're in Kambanji, about 10 minutes from most of the eastern suburbs, so Highland Park, La Parada, Mozambik, Ocean Basket and Upstate are all an easy drive. Mukuvisi Woodlands and the city galleries are close enough for a half day out, and Wild Is Life near the airport is worth the trip...

"It is very secure with good parking. A great location. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. the internet failed the last day."

"Room was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful"

"A remarkable place, a place that truly feels peaceful. Wonderful accommodations, scenery, staff, and food."

"The staff were incredibly kind and the food was just perfect, a home cooked meal but the flavor was amazing. We ate there every night! 10/10 would go back!"

"Plumbing issues"

"My colleagues and I had a wonderful stay at Highlands. The grounds are beautiful. The room was very comfortable as well. The staff is excellent: super friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again."

"The property is clean but old amenities needs renovations"

"The rooms were large and totally comfortable and fine but, like most things in Zimbabwe which uses dollars, was very over-priced for what you got. The hotel was fine but I felt it was a mid-range hotel at a high range price."

"Very welcoming check-in. We were allowed to check-in very early which was great. Lovely room, friendly staff, quiet location, beautiful public areas, delicious food. The honesty bar and pretty garden are a real bonus. Highly recommended."

"WiFi was sketchy, breakfast was wonderful , staff very helpful and friendly . Only drawback for me was that it was a distance from where I wanted to go . Also a bit difficult initially to get there from airport . There are two gates and drivers often went initially to the wrong gate , otherwise it was quiet and a very nice stay"

"The rooms are good size for single traveler, amenities need attention like the towels are old need changing, shower leaks water into the bathroom. Staff very helpful in terms of information."
