"Just a simple roadside motel. Right across the street from Seneca Lake, all of the rooms have a beautiful view. The name “gorgeous view motel” fits. The people that ran, the hotel were absolutely friendly and helpful, the room was simple, but clean, the bed was comfortable, it had a microwave, a fridge and a coffee pot, and the Wi-Fi was fast enough to stream video. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you."
"Had an amazing stay. Only issue was the air conditioner didn’t work but not a deal breaker. The rooms are as pictured. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is great as well. Felt very safe and there was enough parking."
"Room was assigned and door code given before arrival. No problem with that. Never saw or interacted with staff. Bed was clean and comfortable. Room was a bit dated but clean and huge Had mini fridge, microwave and dining table. No closet/ clothing rack and no hangers. There is complementary coffee, fruit and muffins available in the lobby in the morning.
Hotel is located on hill across from lake so driveway is VERY steep and in bad condition. Don’t try if you have bad brakes or car with very low clearance. Parking is in back with parking directly outside door. Pass through the room to a sliding door and sit on the porch with beautiful view of lake.
Bar and marina across the street. Boat rentals available there if you are so inclined."
"3 families stayed each in separate rooms for the weekend. Our room everything you plugged in wouldnt stay in the outlets and we were left with ¼ roll of toilet paper and none in the room. The shower was extremely hot then extremely cold and back and fourth while getting a shower making it nearly impossible to shower comfortably. Then on top of that there was no water pressure, my wife couldn't even wash her hair with the water pressure... one of the other families with us found pills stuck in the drain of the sink no one figured they would clean up. Then the worst one was we got this room souly because there was a pool here. We get here and the pool is down because of liner issues and we couldn't use it. You think this would be posted somewhere so you could factor that in when deciding on a somewhere to stay but no one thought of that. Also carpeting on the deck area was all wrinkled up and one of our crew tripped with her newborn and almost fell over this uncared for safety issue. Overall poor experience and"
